After spending over 45 years in the Midwest - Kansas City and Chicago - my husband and I decided to relocate to the small (55,000 pop.) and beautiful Lake Havasu City, Arizona. It truly is a piece of Paradise. With miles and miles of lakeshore, access to desert offroading, fishing, and camping, there is something for everyone to enjoy! We have a core of year year-round home and business owners and we cater to winter visitors escaping harsh winters up north and California summer visitors enjoying the laid back, water-based activities.
Working in customer service positions in my old life, selling Lake Havasu one yard at a time as a REALTOR® is a natural fit. In order to provide the best customer service to my clients - many coming to the state for the first time - I make it a point to continually increase my knowledge so they can make the right choices for themselves. As a Chamber Tourism Ambassador, I am happy to explain some of the history of the area and all we have to offer - whether full-time or part-time.
In my engagement in both local and state REALTOR® Associations, I can stay abreast of changes in laws and statutes that will affect my customers' ability to use their Lake Havasu property. Affiliations with most of the property managers in town, help me help you when it comes to buying investment property - short term or long term.
